Request deletion of Litsee data
You can ask Litsee to delete your account information and any child profile or story data connected to it.

How to make a request
- Email info@litsee.com with the subject “Litsee data deletion request”.
- Send the request from the parent, guardian, teacher or account holder's registered email address. Tell us the account email and, if relevant, the child's profile name or school.
- Do not send a password, parent PIN, teacher PIN or other sign-in secret. We may ask for reasonable information to check that you are allowed to make the request.
For school pupil recordsPlease also contact the school's administrator. A school may control pupil records created for its classes and can tell Litsee what information should be removed from its workspace.
What happens next
We will review the request, verify who is making it, and delete or anonymise the personal information that we no longer need to provide the service. Some information may need to be kept for legal or financial duties, security, or dispute resolution. We will explain if an exception applies.
Revoking Litsee's access with a Google or Facebook account may stop future social sign-in; it does not by itself delete information already held in a Litsee account. Contact Litsee to request that deletion.
